My wife left and took the kids update. She is still gone and she says she wants a divorce. I'm still holding on for God to draw her and the kids back to himself and then return them home to me. The Lord has been working in my heart and giving me peace. He impresses on me to wait and let Him work. Thank you for your prayers, they always seem to come just when I need them the most.

I have had a sinus infection since the June nasal surgery. The doctor is concerned that bone may be infected. I also have had an inner ear infection, which is causing tinnitus and loss of hearing. I am on antibiotics, will be seeing a doctor again in a few weeks, then more visits after the 1st of the year for CT of sinuses, brain scans, etc. There are a lot of moving parts for Robert and I right now. Pray for our health. Cognition. Upcoming wedding timing. For healing. For me specifically for Godly responses even when triggered. That I may love well with compassionate understanding seasoned with the right amount of salt. Wisdom. Discernment. Sustaining faith and love.

Praise: Aunt Jo was not able to speak or say Momma's name, but her face lit up when she saw Momma. She recognized her. This was a beautiful gift for the sisters to share a moment of recognition and love between them. The cruel disease of Alzheimers has progressed to where Aunt Jo is non-responsive most of the time. The prayer now becomes that Aunt Jo will not be afraid or confused. That she will know the all encompassing love of Christ on a daily moment by moment basis. That when her son and his wife visit, that she will know heir love.

Mom is visiting her sister Jo who is having her 91st birthday tomorrow. Last year Aunt Jo's Alzheimer's had progressed to where she did not know Mom. Mom had a TIA last year, but still knows everyone. Mom is 84. I am fairly certain Aunt Jo is a believer. I am certain Mom is a believer. Please ask God to show mercy on Aunt Jo and Mom...to show them the kindness of Aunt Jo knowing who mom is and how much they love each other, and how much Christ loves both of them.

Praise report. My friend, Tammie in NC was blessed by 30 people from Samaritans Purse yesterday who showed up to finish her mud out, repair her roof, stabilize her home, and treat for mold. Another crew is coming out the day after Thanksgiving to repair the road to her home that serves 25 other homes. The pastors and staff and first responders at all the churches in WNC have been traumatized and are exhausted as they are overwhelmed by the endless stream of people who are without homes who have lost everything, including loved ones. So praise for how God is working.. and much needed prayers for the survivors who are all suffering.
